Fleetwood Urban
A VIBRANT NEW HQ THAT REFLECTS IDENTITY, CREATIVITY & CULTURE.
THE BRIEF
Fleetwood Urban wanted a workplace that was more than just practical — it needed to feel inspiring. As a company grounded in creative infrastructure and community-first thinking, their new North Sydney space had to reflect those values from the moment you walked in.
The goal was clear: design and deliver a work environment that would feel bold, energised, and aligned with both their people and purpose.
THE APPROACH
Partnering with Pippa Adams Design, we delivered a bright, open workspace filled with natural light, personality, and thoughtful detail. Every element was selected to reflect Fleetwood’s evolving culture — from the adventurous palette to the custom finishes.
Together, we brought the design to life through:
-
A light-filled layout that boosts energy and flow
-
Custom joinery and detailing to reflect brand individuality
-
An intentional use of colour and materials that balances boldness with professionalism
-
A seamless build that kept the focus on quality, not complexity
THE CHALLENGE
Creating a space that felt genuinely “Fleetwood” — not just another fitout. With a team that lives and breathes creativity, the workspace needed to express both individuality and unity without missing a beat on functionality.
THE RESULT
A vibrant, high-performing office that supports creativity, collaboration, and culture — while feeling completely unique to Fleetwood Urban.
✔️ A space that mirrors company values
✔️ A finish that balances polish with personality
✔️ A seamless delivery experience from start to finish
