THE BRIEF 

Telus Health needed a new Perth base that would reflect their commitment to healthier communities — a fit-for-purpose space combining clinical function with a sense of calm and care for both clients and team. The goal: a wellness practice and workplace rolled into one, with a smooth delivery experience and a partner who could bring both flexibility and clarity to the table.

THE APPROACH

Managed entirely from Sydney, PALM delivered the project with a hands-on, trust-led approach — flying in at key stages and engaging a tight network of WA-based trades we knew could deliver. Our team oversaw the full design and construct scope, from early concept development with Saru Design to the final handover. The space itself is carefully zoned:

• Front-of-house areas that feel welcoming and calm

• Back-of-house zones that support the wellbeing of Telus’ care providers

• A natural, light palette to promote ease and connection throughout

 

Above all, this was a project built on trust, agility, and shared values — with Telus’ mission at the heart of every detail.
