Known for their inclusive culture and strong focus on people; hipages were quick to make change with purpose post pandemic, and this included a refresh of their existing space, managed by us 🙌

The brief from hipages was to optimise the existing office space to create a dynamic environment with a focus on flexibility and wellness, with the user experience at heart.

A thoughtful and collaborative process, diligence went into understanding the business intentions, the individual needs of their people, and new ways of working. With the objective of weaving the new employee experience into the fabric of the business, works included:
