With a people-first culture and clear post-pandemic priorities, hipages approached PALM to help reimagine their existing Sydney HQ. The goal? Evolve the space to support hybrid work, wellness, and flexibility — without losing the energy or flow of the original design.

THE APPROACH

As a trusted partner to hipages for over three years, PALM had a deep understanding of the team, the space, and the evolving business needs. Through a collaborative, thoughtful process, we worked closely with stakeholders to align the refresh with the employee experience, business goals, and ways of working.

We focused on optimising existing assets while introducing new layers of performance, comfort, and adaptability — all with minimal disruption to daily operations. Key works included:

• Multi-purpose meeting rooms and private phone booths

• Outdoor breakout area redesign

• Smart tech and high-definition AV integration

• Hybrid + VC-enabled rooms

• Spatial reconfiguration of the Town Hall experience

• Furniture refresh and acoustic upgrades
