Our wider team is intentionally small, senior-led, and aligned - allowing us to move with clarity, respond quickly, and maintain consistency from first conversation through to handover.

Playful, and full of spunk, Phoenix walks his own path, loves to break dance, and has vowed to never cut his hair.

From Pippa Adams Designs, Pippa brings over 15 years’ experience across commercial design, spatial planning, and strategy, creating thoughtful interiors for some of Australia’s leading organisations.
Known for her calm, client-centric approach and strong aesthetic sensibility, Pippa considers every project holistically — with care, clarity, and attention to detail.

Kim brings a strong understanding of the commercial fitout and construction process, with a sharp focus on outcomes, cost-effective solutions, and proactive problem-solving.
