Build On What's Already There
When Propeller Aero relocated to Surry Hills, the opportunity wasn’t to start again. It was to make smarter use of what already existed.
Working with the existing fitout, we retained, repurposed and reimagined wherever possible – creating a workplace that reflects Propeller’s progressive culture while reducing unnecessary waste.

Rethink, Reuse, Repurpose
Before adding anything new, we looked at what could stay.
Existing elements were retained and adapted wherever they still had value – reducing waste, protecting budget and giving the workplace a strong foundation to build from.
Designed Around Their Values
For a technology business changing the way the physical world is understood, the workplace needed to feel equally forward-thinking.
Natural materials, planting and considered new interventions sit alongside the existing fitout to create a space that feels distinctly Propeller – without designing for design’s sake.
Less Waste. More Value
The result is a workplace built around longevity rather than trends.
A considered mix of old and new gave Propeller what they needed from their next workplace, while proving that transformation doesn’t always mean starting from scratch.
Smarter choices. Less waste. A workplace ready for what’s next.
