The Gig

We’re after a Project Coordinator with a couple of solid years under their belt – someone who gets the numbers, knows how to keep a job running smoothly, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

You’ll lead estimating and support end-to-end delivery – from cost planning and quoting, to coordinating trades, wrangling suppliers, and helping deliver quality fitouts across Sydney.

You’ll work closely with our founder and PMs, and get real exposure across every stage of a project – pricing to project close.

What You'll Be Doing:

✨ Leading the estimating

✨ Supporting the delivery

✨ Owning the numbers

✨ Managing sites

✨ Help shape the business

✨ Keep our clients smiling

What We're Looking For:

✨ 2+ years in fitout estimating, coordination or CA

✨ Strong with numbers and commercial know-how

✨ Detail-driven, self-managing, and up for a challenge

✨ Ready to grow with a values-led, close-knit team
