Adding Value With Our PALM Perspective

Building PALM - The Next Chapter

Every so often, it’s worth hitting pause — zooming out, taking stock, and asking the questions that actually matter.

Who are we?

What do we stand for?

And who do we need beside us as we grow?

For us, the answers came quickly.

We’re a small (and mighty), senior-led business with a big-picture view, a calm and confident way of working, and a commitment to building places that feel good, function properly, and leave a lasting impression. We’re intentional — about our relationships, our work, and the way we build this business. Plus, we're good humans.

And now, we’re ready to grow.

Where We’re Heading

The past few years have been fuelled by strong partnerships, great projects, and referrals that tell us our approach resonates. The momentum is real — and so is the opportunity.

To keep building on it, we need more of the right people around the table.

Not to be the biggest.

Not to chase volume.

But to build a business known for trust, clarity, capability, and genuinely good work.

To do that, we need people who believe what we believe:

That relationships matter,

That transparency matters,

And that showing up with the right intent makes all the difference.

Who We Are (in practice)

At PALM, we value:

Continuity

You get the same people from pitch to handover. It builds trust and delivers better outcomes.

Care

Every client, every project, every detail — we treat it like it matters, because it does.

Curiosity

We’re always looking for the smarter way, the buildable way, the way that makes people say, “This just works.”

Calm Capability

Zero ego. No theatrics. Just good people doing good work.

Humanity

We show up for each other, we laugh a lot, and we make room for life outside of work.

If you join PALM, you’re not slotting into a machine — you’re shaping what this business becomes.

Who We’re Looking For

Right now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager — someone commercially sharp, well-connected, curious about the market, and energised by people, conversations, and opportunity.

Someone who:

• Knows the CRE, leasing, or workplace world

• Can nurture relationships and open new ones

• Spots movement in the market before others do

• Wants autonomy and high trust

• Likes shaping strategy as much as winning the work

• Wants to build something, not just do a job

If you’re coming from commercial real estate, tenancy representation, workplace advisory, or the fit-out world — you’ll feel right at home.

And if you’re looking for a role where you can make an impact from day one? Even better.

Why PALM?

We’re the sweet spot between small and established:

• Small enough that your contribution matters

• Senior enough that you’ll learn, fast

• Flexible enough to shape the role to the right person

• Established enough to offer stability

• Ambitious enough to offer real opportunity

You’ll work directly with our founder, collaborate with a tight-knit, values-led group, and help define where we go next — for yourself and the business.

If you’re energised by people, possibility, and meaningful work… we’d love to meet you.

Ready?

We’ve officially opened applications for our Business Development Manager role — full-time, part-time, flexible, or tailored.
