Founder & Operations

Matt has been recognised as an impactful leader within the commercial design and construct industry, with a reputation of successfully managing teams, large scale projects, and complex problems for 20+ years.

Matt has a passion for creating environments that can influence and enrich everyday experiences, and delivers with intelligence. Known for his commitment to the user experience and collaborative style, Matt has a knack for putting clients at ease throughout the process. A seeker of positive outcomes, Matt created PALM to do what he does best - create with purpose, and humility.

PIPPA
Design & Strategy

From Pippa Adams Designs, Pippa is a curious creator, boasting 15 years of experience in design, spatial planning, and strategy, with an impressive resume of creating dynamic commercial interiors for some of Australia's leading companies.

With a deep understanding of design beyond its simplest forms, Pippa is a true client centric designer who envisions each project wholly, and leaves no detail unconsidered.

Gentle, and unflappable, with an impeccable aesthetic eye; life is always better with Pippa in it.

LYNSEY
Brand & Strategy

Lynsey is a commercially driven professional with an entrepreneurial approach to business, drawing insight from 15 years of fast paced roles within media industry, the digital space and creative arena; there isn't much she can't do, other than relax (although she works on this daily)!

A generalist at heart, Lynsey brings creative and strategic thinking and pairs it with day to day implementation, and is the wearer of many hats. Lynsey is adept at working across a range of stakeholders including C-Suite to achieve business goals, and is results driven.

INDIE
People & Culture

Indie brings some special skills to the table, has plenty of enthusiasm, and an endless bag of treats, we mean tricks!

A go getter at heart, Indie is a people dog, eager to learn, and gets along with anyone. She encourages the team to take regular breaks, and definitely does not work like a dog. We couldn't do it without our People and Culture cheerleader.

Most days you'll find Indie around the table (under it mostly), and always up for a pow wow.
